After losing to the Chicago Blackhawks with 6-3, the New York Rangers will travel to Columbus to face the Blue Jackets, who can be said to be one of the most in form NHL teams at the moment.
New York did not manage to maintain high levels of play when they moved to Windy City for the duel with the Blackhawks. Henri Lundvqist was the goalkeeper who allowed a lot of blows to pass him in the gate, and he is also announced title holder for the night duel, which can not be very encouraging for the Rangers defensive, because it is it’s hard to get back to such a poor performance in the next match in the NHL.
The Columbus players are going through a good game, and on their own ground it can be said to be a force. After losing 4 matches in a row for the first time this season, they managed to get two consecutive wins, with some very good defensive performance. I trust that they can maintain their high level of play at night and gain an important victory in the fight for the playoffs, in the face of the opponents.
