Only one NHL match is on schedule this night until Tuesday, Swedish time, but thankfully it’s a match worth settling for. After a weekend filled with playoff football on the other side of the Atlantic, we can focus on ice hockey again. 01:00 is the release.
In advance, these two fairly even teams are set to the table, with Toronto Maple Leafs at 52 points and Columbus Blue Jackets one point behind. However, it is Toronto Maple Leafs who impressed more, not least with 141 goals ahead which is fourth best in the entire league. With two straight victories, it may also be that the team is back in the winning race.
Columbus Blue Jackets blends and gives and has very hard to find that obvious win style. On the other hand, a final playground is within reach and that is where we assume that the team has its goal for the remaining parts of this basic series.
Straight game in focus
