Caps go against fourth straight
Three straight wins, as well as four wins on the last five matches for Capitals. In other words, nothing wrong with the day. Lastly, from a convincing 4-2 victory over Toronto Maple Leafs, the game was really good, I have to say. Ovechkin was noted down for a hat trick and looked ridiculous. Russia now stands at 18 finishes this season, a figure that clearly convinces. Just Ovechkin is most offensive for this Washington, along with Kuznetsov. The Russian radar pair has been noted for a total of 51 points so far – a direct contributing factor to Cap’s fine season introduction.
After a quite up and down period, Capitals seems to have recovered on the right track. The game looks much better, the defensive has looked really stable while the offensive has delivered – 12 goals in the last three matches testify. In total, 14 wins have been collected on 25 games played this season. At the Capital One Arena home, Caps is ruggedly strong, seven wins in the eight last home matches testify to it. With a four-day rest in his legs, Barry Trotz should be seen with great victory chances against Los Angeles Kings in the night.

Kings get it tough
After three straight losses, Kings has collected two straight wins – 2-1 home against Anaheim Ducks and 4-1 away against Detroit Red Wings last. I do not think it’s a good game. Basically, Kings is a defensively focused team, when more than rarely sets the maximum focus on stability in the defensive. This has been achieved this season, but only to a certain extent. Certainly, 57 goals scored on 25 played matches surely convince. In fact, only San José Sharks released fewer goals (51), but with a match less played. But I still think that Kings tend to be a little too naive in their own defense game. In the past, it has been quite awkward, something that can clearly penalize itself against a home-made Washington.
In 25 games played, Kings has won 14 victories, one for the fifth place in the Western Conference table. On the whole, the team’s season introduction has been matched to the expectations of the team ahead of the season. John Steve’s gang is in no way calculated in the night’s away match against the Washington Capitals, but still a tough mountain is expected to climb. The guests played as late as yesterday, while the home team come to the match with a four-day rest in the legs. Vilofaktors should never be underestimated, especially when it comes to a passing game in the Capital One Arena.
